Hotel Operations Executive – B2B Booking Management

About the role

Rimo Tours Group is seeking a Hotel Operations Executive to manage end‑to‑end hotel bookings for its B2B partners. You will ensure accurate confirmations, monitor stop‑sales, and keep the booking system up‑to‑date while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle hotel bookings and secure confirmation numbers.
• Follow up with hotels and supplier channels on availability and urgent cases.
• Monitor and update stop sales, release periods, and booking cut‑offs.
• Upload and update booking confirmations on the system accurately.
• Coordinate with Contracting & Loading teams to resolve rate or availability discrepancies.
• Maintain clear records of all communications and booking status updates.
• Support escalation handling for overbookings, last‑minute changes, and special requests.
• Ensure operational SLAs and response times are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations, preferably within hotels, B2B systems, wholesalers/bedbanks, or travel agencies.
• Familiarity with B2B hotel distribution logic and multi‑destination booking flows.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with platforms such as WebBeds, Hotelbeds, RateHawk, TBO, or Rezlive.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
