About the role
The Housekeeping Site Manager leads daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, efficient staff performance, and strict safety compliance. This role balances operational excellence with client satisfaction while managing budgets and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train housekeeping staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering personal growth.
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities to meet service level agreements and conduct quality inspections.
- Monitor client feedback and service scores, driving continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage inventory processes, maintain equipment condition, and recommend new tools.
- Control labor budgets, operating expenses, and staffing levels, preparing financial and operational reports.
- Enforce safety policies and participate in monthly meetings with customer representatives to review service performance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage staff, equipment, and materials effectively.
