About the role
The HR Business Partner Specialist will work on‑site in Sharqia, supporting the FMCG business by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support their success.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from talent identification to onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Support personnel and social insurance processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off‑boarding.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of progressive HR experience in an industrial FMCG environment.
- Proven proficiency in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with abilities in change management and conflict resolution.
