Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are a growing fashion retail company with six branches focused on youth apparel. We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Specialist to support our continued expansion and manage all core HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring candidates.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Assist management with employee relations and workplace matters.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate HR data.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong background in recruitment and personnel affairs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
