Junior Production Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily production operations, improving processes, and supporting the introduction of new products and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Analyze and optimise manufacturing processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including process instructions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support the launch of new products and technologies in the production line.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, preferably from a government university.
• Preferably resident in Giza.
• Preferably 0–2 years of experience, ideally in steel manufacturing.
• Preferable knowledge of galvanisation processes and pole manufacturing.
