About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives within its Advisors & Consulting Services unit. The role focuses on delivering strategic, data‑driven solutions for large, regional and global clients across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, shaping strategy and program design using data and technology solutions.
- Develop and implement transformation programs that unlock client value and improve digital payments experiences.
- Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture and change readiness.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams to generate insights, craft recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Provide day‑to‑day project leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard experts to integrate fraud, risk, cybersecurity and performance analytics into client solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading consulting engagements for large enterprises.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
