Payroll Supervisor

About the role

Trillium Montessori House in Cairo is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all its employees. The role ensures compliance with Egyptian labor, tax and social insurance regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage salaries, deductions, overtime, bonuses and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian payroll, tax and social insurance requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field.
• Previous payroll experience, preferably in a school or educational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian payroll and labor regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent Excel skills.
• Payroll system skills.
