Primary/Resale/Rent Real Estate Agent

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time Primary/Resale/Rent Agent to join its on‑site team in Cairo. You will act as the main point of contact for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties, guiding them through every step of the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and conduct property consultations.
• List, update, and promote properties on company platforms.
• Arrange and lead property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Follow up leads, negotiate prices and terms, and prepare basic transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closing processes.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate client and property records.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to build long‑term relationships and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in real‑estate concepts, local market dynamics, and property valuation.
• Proven sales ability: lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Valid real‑estate license (or eligibility to obtain one) under local regulations.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, conduct field visits, and present professionally.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort using basic digital tools and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in primary, resale, or rental segments preferred; fluency in Arabic and good English are advantageous.
