Procurement Officer

About the role

e.construct is an engineering design firm with 7 offices worldwide, covering structural, MEP, geotechnical and construction technology design. It is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Procurement Officer to join its small but dynamic procurement team. The role involves hands-on day-to-day procurement work, close coordination with the Finance team and collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Creative and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Procurement operations: manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor records in NetSuite/Oracle ERP, and ensure timely processing of requests and approvals
• Sourcing, negotiating and contracting suppliers, and maintaining the vendor database and supplier performance tracking
• Follow up with vendors on quotations, deliveries and order confirmations, and support compliance with procurement standards
• Work with Finance on invoice verification, payment schedules and reconciliation, and track purchase order to payment cycles
• Prepare reports on procurement spend, cost savings and budget adherence
• Support the Procurement Manager and wider team, and help improve procurement processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field
• 2+ years of procurement experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized team
• Strong coordination and communication skills with Finance and other teams
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Required skills

• NetSuite or Oracle ERP (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of procurement policies, compliance and vendor management best practices
