Recruiter – Healthcare & Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

Perfect Doctors Clinic is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical, administrative and support positions across its Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations. The role is on‑site and full‑time, reporting to the HR manager and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent for a fast‑growing aesthetic and medical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a wide range of clinical and non‑clinical roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage offer negotiations and oversee onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update job postings on multiple channels including job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Keep accurate recruitment records in the ATS and HR databases.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably within healthcare, aesthetics or related clinical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR databases and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to post and manage vacancies on job boards and social media channels.
