Sales Manager – B2B (Footwear & Fashion)

About the role

Consultify is hiring on behalf of a major client, a leading Egyptian company specializing in the import and distribution of footwear, with a strong nationwide distribution network. It is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales growth, open new markets and channels, and expand its customer base. The position is full time and on site in Sheraton, Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and open new markets, sales channels and business opportunities across Egypt.
• Build relationships with major retailers, footwear stores, fashion retailers, chains and key accounts.
• Expand the B2B customer portfolio and increase market penetration.
• Lead commercial negotiations and establish long-term partnerships with major accounts.
• Upsell and find new product or channel opportunities with existing customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitors and pricing to spot growth opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and prepare forecasts, reports and market insights for senior management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a related commercial role.
• Strong experience in footwear, fashion, retail, FMCG or consumer goods, or closely related fields.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts, developing sales channels and acquiring major customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field.
• Existing relationships with major retailers, chains or fashion businesses is a strong advantage.
