Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller will oversee inventory flow for spare parts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting sales targets. Based in Katameya, Cairo, the role works closely with European dealership partners, especially Peugeot and Citroën.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Process orders in line with company standards and budget constraints.
• Introduce and manage new distribution channels for spare parts.
• Identify and reduce stagnant inventory to improve turnover.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of alternative part numbers and substitutes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to minimise lost sales due to stock issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in stock control.
• Experience working with European automotive dealerships; knowledge of Peugeot and Citroën is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and motivational skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Solid understanding of inventory control processes.
