Universal Banker

About the role

The Universal Banker combines teller, operations, floor management and customer relationship responsibilities to deliver a seamless banking experience. You will support customers with everyday transactions, assist with complex services, and promote the branch’s sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all teller functions, including cash handling, OTC transactions, and quick customer service.
• Coordinate operational tasks such as processing transfers, cheque handling, and supporting sales referrals.
• Manage floor activities, greet customers, guide them to appropriate staff, and demonstrate ATM and online services.
• Execute simple transactions within two minutes, including debit card issuance and statement requests.
• Address customer inquiries, explain banking products, and open various account types.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• 0–3 years of retail banking experience.
