Accommodation Sourcing Executive (Fixed-term)

About the role

We are seeking an Accommodation Sourcing Executive on a fixed‑term basis to lead the acquisition of hotel inventory for our customers. You will shape the sourcing strategy, negotiate contracts with hotel partners and ensure a competitive, profitable portfolio that delivers memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute accommodation sourcing plans for assigned hotel partner portfolios using wholesale, bed banks and channel managers.
• Negotiate and secure contracts, pricing structures and allocation commitments that meet business and customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue and other internal teams to align sourcing activities with commercial goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, resolve issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Support the Revenue team with offers and availability escalations to maximise occupancy and bed‑to‑seat ratios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accommodation sourcing, contracting or purchasing within the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals that balance risk and opportunity.
• Good understanding of hotel market dynamics, pricing models and distribution channels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial information.
• Business‑fluent English and willingness to travel as required.
