About the role
The Account Opening Team Leader for NEOBIZ SME will oversee the end‑to‑end processing of digital, CAM and fintech account opening activities across all Egypt branches. The role ensures compliance, high‑quality service delivery and supports the bank’s digital expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Control processing of digital, CAM and fintech activities to meet audit and customer‑satisfaction standards.
- Review and verify online banking product requests, ensuring risk mitigation and error‑free setup.
- Activate and authorize all account types and online banking services for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales, branches and product teams to resolve deficiencies in forms, signatures and customer requests.
- Develop, review and improve unit procedures, raising URFs for system enhancements.
- Capture daily reports, statistics and MIS, and submit them to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in centralized banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of banking activities, online banking products and KYC compliance.
- Familiarity with bank policies, local/international regulations and best practices.
