About the role

Vodafone is looking for an Acquisition Assistant Sales Manager to help grow market share by acquiring new accounts and meeting sales quotas. You will ensure compliance with company policies, support your team with the tools they need, and maintain smooth communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Increase Vodafone market share by acquiring new accounts and achieving sales quotas.
  • Ensure adherence to Vodafone policies and procedures.
  • Plan and manage people‑training calendars.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance monitoring for direct reports.
  • Supply team members with required resources such as handsets, lines, offers, business cards and letterheads.
  • Prevent out‑of‑stock situations and maintain seamless communication with internal channels.
  • Maintain consistent cross‑operation across all channels and uphold robust operational processes.
  • Develop succession plans, conduct regular staff meetings, and uphold corporate governance.
  • Produce accurate, timely sales reporting and ensure delivery against KPIs.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Administration.
  • 5‑6 years of successful sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, organization, presentation and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage third‑party relationships.
