Cashier – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Cashier will ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions while delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the standards of a luxury brand. This role combines meticulous cash handling with a strong focus on service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and personalized checkout experience for every customer.
• Process payments accurately, manage cash, and follow fraud‑prevention protocols.
• Handle inventory tasks, assist with stock replenishment and receive shipments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold luxury etiquette at all times.
• Complete daily cash reconciliation, reporting and support monthly cycle counts.
• Manage permits approval and ensure compliance with cash‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, cashiering or inventory management.
• Demonstrated luxury etiquette and high‑level customer service skills.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and discretion.
• Professional grooming and effective communication.
• Preferred experience in cosmetics, fashion or other luxury retail sectors.
