Retail Salesperson

About the role

Join Kadry Tools, a leading Egyptian supplier of electrical and hand tools, as a Retail Salesperson. You will be the front‑line representative who helps customers find the right tools for construction, finishing and workshop projects while delivering a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate tools by providing clear product knowledge.
• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process.
• Maintain visual standards of the store, including merchandising and cleanliness.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory to keep the sales floor fully supplied.
• Support overall store operations to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales aptitude and ability to build rapport with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or business‑related education is a plus.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of electrical and hand tools (as learned on the job).
