About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our brand team remotely from anywhere in Egypt. The role follows KSA time zone hours and involves a mix of administrative, budgeting, and event coordination tasks for a research‑based American biopharmaceutical company.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain attendance schedules, book facilities, and liaise with the brand team.
- Raise and track purchase orders; produce monthly expenditure vs. budget reports.
- Coordinate approval processes for promotional materials and manage relationships with external agencies.
- Prepare routine market research data, PowerPoint presentations, and assembled reports.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, congresses, meetings, and other events, including budgeting and approval.
- Distribute internal communications across the Saudi entity and provide on‑site support for major meetings when required.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Good task‑management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and meeting management.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
