Associate Business Advisor

About the role

The Associate Business Advisor works closely with clients to shape vision and strategy, understand stakeholder needs, and translate them into actionable business requirements. This role involves analysing existing processes, systems and data to define target operating models and support the design of current and future solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture business objectives and user requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of processes, systems, data flows and business information.
• Document current state assessments and propose target state designs.
• Develop business requirements specifications for solution implementation.
• Support the creation of functional models, use cases and process maps.
• Assist project teams in aligning technical solutions with business goals.
