Associate – Quality, Risk & Security (Client Acceptance)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Associate to join its Quality, Risk & Security team in Egypt, focusing on client acceptance and compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure robust KYC/AML processes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established KYC/AML procedures for new and existing clients and vendors, conducting due diligence and escalating concerns.
• Perform AML risk assessments, identify red‑flag situations, and communicate findings to management.
• Assist with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, including trigger events and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
• Manage the centralized KYC mailbox, responding to queries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Deloitte offices and key stakeholders to improve processes and foster a compliance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalates risks appropriately.
