CCTV Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a CCTV Supervisor to manage the surveillance operations at King’s School The Crown, a premium educational campus in Cairo. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure comprehensive security coverage, supervise monitoring staff, and support incident investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems to guarantee full coverage and operational effectiveness across all campus areas.
• Supervise and support CCTV operators and monitoring staff during daily duties and shift rotations.
• Respond to and appropriately escalate security incidents following established procedures.
• Review and analyse CCTV footage for investigations and reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and system records.
• Ensure all CCTV equipment functions correctly and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Enforce compliance with security policies, procedures, and data‑protection standards.
• Liaise with security teams and management to support safety and incident response.

Required profile

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security supervision.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Calm and effective response to incidents and emergencies.
• Good report writing and record‑keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Basic IT proficiency and familiarity with security software.
• Relevant security or safety certification is preferred.
