About the role

EduMarket, an educational marketplace connecting parents with schools, nurseries, tutors and other service providers, is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Specialist. The role focuses on expanding the network of educational partners through field visits and closing partnership agreements.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit schools, nurseries, training centers, academies and other educational institutions to present EduMarket’s services.
  • Conduct outdoor meetings, negotiate and close partnership contracts with service providers.
  • Generate new leads, build strong business relationships and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth activation of new partners.
  • Represent the company professionally during field visits and meetings.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to close deals and develop long‑term partnerships.
  • Professional and presentable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
  • Experience in EdTech or educational services is a plus.
