About the role
Axis is looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to deliver exceptional service to users of its mobile wallet and digital banking platform. You will act as the first point of contact, helping customers complete transactions, resolve issues, and navigate electronic banking services.
Key responsibilities
- Process account transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and salary reimbursements.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on using the mobile wallet, virtual Visa card, and QR‑code payments.
- Identify and communicate customer pain points to product, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction by solving problems promptly and suggesting relevant digital banking services.
- Contribute to team KPIs and identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
Required profile
- Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).
- Strong verbal communication and grammatical accuracy in written English.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate within a team.
- High sense of responsibility, customer focus, and desire to help people.
- Basic computer literacy.
