Clinic Receptionist / Admin Assistant (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are a growing psychiatry clinic seeking a dedicated Clinic Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our evening shift team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth clinic operations while supporting mental health practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and maintain session records.
• Assist clients with documentation, invoices, and answer inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Track client requests, updates, and important notes to improve service quality.
• Provide administrative support to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Prepare day‑to‑day operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic administration or client care.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and client‑focused attitude.
• Residency in 5th Settlement or nearby areas preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems.
