Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager MEA

About the role

Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals division is hiring a Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager based in its Egypt office in Cairo. The role sits in an affiliate/cluster position focused on the countries driving commercial profitability, reporting to a direct BI Analyst and supporting country teams such as sales managers, regional managers, KAMs, CRM administrators and sales analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse monthly IMS data related to Sales Force and Marketing
• Implement dashboarding efficiency across affiliates and countries
• Prepare monthly presentations for business reviews and ad-hoc requests from Sales and Marketing teams
• Lead key business insights initiatives (EM/Regional) and ensure full alignment and governance
• Execute analytical reports promptly
• Manage a team of 6-10 people, including the direct report BI Analyst

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare or Computer Sciences, plus postgraduate credentials (e.g. MBA) in Business (marketing, strategy, analytics, process)
• 3-5 years of experience in a local affiliate or similar company, including Sales/KAM, sales leadership and CEx and/or training functions
• Project management skills are essential
