Inside Account Executive, Cloud & AI Infrastructure

About the role

Cisco's Global Virtual Sales organization is hiring an Inside Account Executive (iAE) for its Cloud & AI Infrastructure (CAI) portfolio in Cairo. The iAE builds and drives opportunities with Cisco partners for a portfolio of Mid-Market Private accounts in the MEA region, working alongside other iAEs and Solutions Engineers. The role is hybrid with some travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with selected channel partners to drive new sales and renewals across the territory.
• Master the full sales process for the CAI portfolio, using advanced technologies and innovative sales models to meet quota targets.
• Contribute to territory planning, pipeline management and forecasting with the sales Pod.
• Maintain deep expertise in the CAI and full product portfolio, delivering the "One Cisco Story" and adapting to industry trends.
• Use Cisco's tech stack and AI tools to optimize customer engagement in a hybrid model with some travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, with at least 100% quota attainment or consistent year-over-year growth of 10% or more.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing.
• Proven ability to collaborate on at least 3 cross-functional sales initiatives per year.
• Experience balancing partner engagement with direct customer interaction for a portfolio of at least 50 active accounts.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Data-driven decision-making for pipeline analysis and forecasting.
• Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce.
