- Monitor in-market sales reporting, validate distributor data and analyse performance.
- Follow up on target setting at brick level and develop non-financial KPIs through call planning processes.
- Prepare market insights from IQVIA data and other internal and external sources, and ensure frontline incentive calculations reflect business objectives.
- Deliver regular business performance reports highlighting opportunities, risks and recommended actions, and support ad-hoc projects.
Required profile

- More than 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in technical or data analysis, or in a related role.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

- Database management and data validation, with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
- Useful but not essential: experience with IQVIA or similar market data sources, or with sales force sizing and incentive calculations.
The role is based in Cairo, reports to the CE and Business Insights Manager and covers Egypt. It works closely with the Frontline Excellence teams and frontline colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Medical and Corporate Affairs, as well as Finance and regional business and technical teams, and externally with IQVIA and IPSOS.
