Consulting Manager – Digital Transformation & GenAI

About the role

Visa is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital transformation and GenAI strategy engagements across the GCC and NALP regions. You will work with financial institutions and fintech partners to assess digital maturity, identify AI use cases, and design acquisition strategies that drive omnichannel customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct digital maturity assessments and market research for banking and fintech clients.
• Identify GenAI use cases, model their value, and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Design and execute digital acquisition strategies and omnichannel journey‑mapping initiatives.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, facilitate workshops, and lead stakeholder sessions.
• Craft compelling value propositions for digital banking and fintech platforms.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans.
• Support proposal development, thought‑leadership content creation, and business‑development activities.
• Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and foster professional growth within the team.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of consulting experience focused on digital projects.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience in financial services (banking/fintech) within the GCC or NALP regions.
• Demonstrated expertise in GenAI/AI strategy and implementation.
