About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Dutch‑English Customer Support professional to join our team remotely. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone.
- Identify customer needs and introduce relevant product range.
- Provide clear information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation policies.
- Maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken Dutch (Netherlands) and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
- Target‑driven, friendly and communicative personality.
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
