Demand Planning Manager

About the role

Alarabia Group is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to lead sales and inventory planning across multiple channels. The role combines sales forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration to support the company’s growth objectives in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with business targets.
• Maintain rolling forecasts by brand, product category, channel, region and key account.
• Lead demand forecasting using historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
• Analyze channel performance, support key account managers and optimize product allocation.
• Prepare executive dashboards and management reports using business intelligence tools.
• Facilitate monthly demand review, Sales Planning and S&OP meetings.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and reporting automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10–15 years of experience in sales planning, demand forecasting or inventory management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive data‑based decisions.
