Director of Technical Architecture (Consultant)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Technical Architecture (Consultant) to lead the design and delivery of innovative architecture solutions for our clients. The role involves providing expert guidance, mentoring junior architects, and ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and development to identify innovative technical architecture solutions and best practices.
• Guide and mentor Junior Technical Architects, providing technical expertise and advisory support.
• Deliver comprehensive architectural and technical consultancy to clients, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and technical standards.
• Review technical architecture, project documents, and planning documents to ensure quality and compliance with professional standards.
• Attend client meetings to provide technical guidance, discuss solutions, and monitor the strategic progress of projects.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and project managers, maintaining clear and continuous communication regarding technical progress and proposed solutions.
• Provide technical evaluations and recommendations for projects and assist in strategic planning to ensure high‑quality consultancy services.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical architecture, architectural consultancy, or engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience in mentoring teams and overseeing technical aspects of large projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with direct client interaction experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
