Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives across FinTech and Telecommunications businesses, with a strong focus on the KSA/GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full‑cycle digital transformation projects across multiple business functions.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage large‑scale enterprise projects in FinTech and Telecommunication sectors.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, client standards, processes, and governance.
• Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Support broader business transformation and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects.
• Strong exposure to the KSA/GCC market.
• Mandatory background in FinTech and Telecommunications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
