Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will support strategic and operational decision‑making by providing financial planning, analysis and performance management. Acting as a bridge between finance and business operations, the role ensures financial discipline, insight generation and value creation for a leading container terminal joint venture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget, identifying key financial drivers.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and reporting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and efficiency.
• Develop business cases, ROI analysis and financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Support tariff strategies, pricing analysis and commercial negotiations.
• Manage lender reporting, covenant calculations and financing requirements.
• Prepare financial projections, sensitivity analysis and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or business partnering.
• Experience in infrastructure, logistics or other capital‑intensive industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
