About the role
Intouch CX is looking for bilingual French‑speaking agents to join a technology support project for a luxury brand. The position is based in Maadi and operates on a morning‑shift schedule, offering a stable corporate environment for career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using the brand’s tech equipment.
- Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain Intouch CX’s quality standards in both spoken and written communication.
- Work within the designated morning shift and be prepared for occasional rotational shift coverage.
Required profile
- University graduate (any major).
- French language proficiency at B2 level and English at B1+ level.
- Strong communication, active listening, and customer‑handling abilities.
- Ability to commute daily to the Maadi office.
- Immediate availability to start (April start date).
