About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. You will deliver a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure every stay reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage the check‑in and check‑out process with accuracy.
- Handle guest requests, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Respond promptly to phone and in‑person inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Address and resolve guest complaints while seeking opportunities to personalize service.
- Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager and other departments to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury hotel or comparable hospitality environment (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to anticipate guest preferences and deliver personalized experiences.
