About the role
Self Medical Hub is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Staff member to join our team in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a courteous attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s software.
- Manage patient inquiries, both in‑person and via phone.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service to support patient satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and prior receptionist experience.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly attitude.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Computer literacy for managing scheduling software and documentation.
