Fulfilment Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

About the role

MaxAB is seeking a Fulfilment (Warehouse) Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, replenishment and returns. The role ensures efficient handling of goods, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds safety and service level agreements in a fast‑growing B2B e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization, optimize storage layouts and ensure proper product handling.
• Lead and allocate manpower for warehouse associates, pickers, packers and forklift operators.
• Track team productivity, conduct shift briefings and support hiring, onboarding and training.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards, housekeeping and proper use of equipment.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend process enhancements and support system implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising warehouse or fulfilment teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO procedures and warehouse safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑tempo environment.
