Packaging Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for handling daily order fulfillment in a warehouse setting. The specialist receives orders from the system dispatcher, prioritises them, and ensures each package meets quality and shipping standards before it leaves the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily orders from the system dispatcher team.
• Prioritise orders based on time, urgency and shipping method.
• Coordinate with the dispatcher for unclear or special‑order notes.
• Pick items accurately according to order details.
• Sort products by type and collection to ensure correct selection.
• Inspect items before packing to confirm no defects, stains or mismatches.
• Pack products following TALLAH packaging standards and seal orders professionally.
• Attach shipping labels accurately and hand over shipments to couriers on time.
• Track daily shipment movement with the Operation Specialist.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for any item discrepancies.
• Receive returned orders and prepare them for inspection.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse or retail (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and product accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Physical ability to handle product movement and packing tasks.
• Teamwork, punctuality and commitment to deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for order system usage.
