Global Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Scatec is seeking a Global Learning & Development Manager to lead leadership and organisational capability initiatives across its operations in Cairo, Egypt. The role partners with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into impactful development programmes that support the company’s renewable‑energy mission.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and design targeted development solutions.
• Create, deliver and facilitate leadership programmes, workshops, onboarding experiences and team‑effectiveness interventions.
• Support succession planning, talent development and the building of a strong leadership pipeline.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration and improve performance across cultures and locations.
• Design engaging learning experiences that drive behavioural change and measurable business impact.
• Explore and integrate AI‑enabled learning technologies to enhance scalability and personalization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, leadership development or organisational development.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a focus on delivering business value.
• Demonstrated ability to design programmes that build capability and support strategic objectives.
