About the role
The Quality Coordinator will ensure that MTS Globe Egypt’s partner hotels consistently meet the company’s high standards of service and compliance. Working closely with hotel teams and internal departments, you will conduct audits, monitor guest feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular operational audits, inspections, and quality checks in hotels.
- Monitor compliance with established quality standards and document non‑conformities.
- Assist hotel teams in resolving quality‑related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain organized records of audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
- Track and update fact‑sheet systems, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Monitor daily customer reviews, survey results, and guest feedback to identify service gaps.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely resolution of complaints and service‑recovery cases.
- Track guest satisfaction scores and report improvement progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Hospitality or a related field.
- Fluency in German (C1 level); native German speakers preferred.
- Experience in a quality department or guest‑relations role.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
