Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimise our ground operations across the network. You will work closely with assistant managers, hub in‑charges and the central team to ensure delivery performance meets our quality standards and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ground operations performance, covering delivery, pick‑up and related processes.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics and internal operations, creating effective team structures.
• Oversee day‑to‑day network operations to meet internal SLAs, productivity, cost and company targets.
• Analyse business data and customer feedback to drive technology, automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with assistant and station managers on yearly objectives, expansion plans and team scaling.
• Revamp and implement new processes to support rapid growth.
• Track quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and overall efficiency.
• Coordinate the full order cycle and share best practices with Noon’s central team.
• Mentor and develop operation leaders for future management roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce logistics or a similar role.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner, providing decision support and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience developing project and program work plans and leading high‑performance teams.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
