About the role
The Modern Trade Sales Supervisor will drive category growth across key modern trade accounts, ensuring optimal product visibility and achieving sales targets. This role combines field execution, data analysis, and customer relationship management to support the brand’s market position.
Key responsibilities
- Implement planograms, visibility standards, and in‑store activations through regular store visits and weekly customer meetings.
- Manage all customer‑relevant financial matters, including discounts and allowances.
- Achieve value and volume sales targets as defined by management.
- Track and analyse customer data to ensure compliance with business agreements.
- Identify customer needs and develop compelling commercial arguments.
- Monitor market and competitor developments and report insights to management.
- Prepare daily visit reports for the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail dynamics.
- Knowledge of discounts and allowances (D&A) and brand positioning.
- Deep knowledge of the local market.
- Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
