About the role
Octane is seeking an On‑ground Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers realize measurable value from Octane’s solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B business opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, gathering feedback to inform product and commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Represent Octane at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and disciplined in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑first mindset with solid business acumen.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
