People Partner Team Leader (HR Operations)

About the role

Tasaheel is seeking a motivated People Partner Team Leader to drive HR operations in its Mansoura branch. You will align people strategies with business goals, ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the People & Organization (P&O) strategy in line with overall business objectives.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Operations and Area Managers to discuss manpower planning.
• Lead onboarding, training, and Training Needs Analysis for People Partner Specialists.
• Develop and distribute the monthly work plan for the People Partner team.
• Monitor and report on monthly P&O performance metrics such as hiring numbers and exit interview outcomes.
• Prepare and manage payroll transaction sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely processing with Shared Services.
• Audit and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
• Oversee team workload to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Ensure P&O policies and procedures are applied consistently and updated as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and the People team.
• Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across teams.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and other functions to deliver integrated P&O solutions.
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Solid experience dealing with labor offices and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
