Procurement Specialist

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations in Egypt. The role will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow, document handling, and compliance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support critical procurement and supply cases, following them through to resolution.
• Monitor procurement processes, identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate shipment documentation between logistics teams and foreign suppliers.
• Review and update supplier documents, manage demurrage charge discussions.
• Align production trials with cross‑functional teams and collect technical reports.
• Track material risk, contract compliance and supplier performance metrics.
• Handle supplier performance evaluations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist finance with supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare and share spend analysis and other procurement reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong coordination skills with logistics, finance and planning functions.
• Ability to monitor compliance and manage documentation.
