About the role
The Property & Admin Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Bupa Egypt’s offices, ensuring facilities, property, administration and compliance run smoothly. This senior position combines health‑, safety‑ and environment (HSE) leadership with vendor, financial and employee service management.
Key responsibilities
- Drive health, safety and regulatory compliance through risk assessments, inspections and liaison with government and licensing authorities.
- Oversee financial and asset management, including budgeting, cost control, petty cash, insurance and asset tracking.
- Provide end‑to‑end administrative support covering travel, events, transport logistics, office services and internal reporting.
- Manage suppliers, procurement and outsourced staff to ensure vendor performance and supply availability.
- Maintain operational control and security processes, including change management for restricted areas such as the communications room.
Required profile
- Proven experience in property, facilities or office management with a solid understanding of daily workplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and practical application.
- Confidence in managing budgets and costs with good financial awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem‑solver with high attention to detail and adaptability to changing business needs.
