About the role
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and provide daily administrative support. The role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth visitor experience and efficient office workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors courteously, manage visitor flow, and coordinate approvals with relevant departments.
- Handle incoming deliveries, monitor employee movement when required, and manage meeting‑room bookings.
- Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to Heads of Departments, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Follow up on utility bills, coordinate office maintenance, and report facility issues.
- Maintain and update the company database for clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring data accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
