About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and professional receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Heliopolis office. The successful candidate will greet guests, manage communications, and support daily administrative tasks, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle mail and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is a plus.
