About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and callers at Self Medical Hub in Cairo. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the daily operations of the medical centre.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the centre’s booking system.
- Perform a range of administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry and handling correspondence.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front‑office environment.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and assist with any immediate needs.
- Support smooth workflow by coordinating with medical and administrative staff.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; office administration certification is a plus.
- Strong clerical abilities: organization, multitasking and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining positive client interactions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
